Get fantastic results with this small group. I am weight training specialist and I personally weight train ( specifically) 4-5 days a week for lean muscle mass gains, high calorie burning, to avoid injuries, stay strong and look young! Gain confidence, get a stronger and lean core and we will be training together in this group!  Maximum of 10 people only.
